Salary Range

Job Requirements / Responsibilities

i. Manage Inbound Leads

• Follow up on SEO / SEM / referral enquiries
• Qualify prospects properly
• Ensure no lead is left unattended

ii. Conduct Discovery & Qualification

• Understand client business model and pain points
• Gather structured customer information
• Decide whether to Proceed / Park / Drop
• Record all information clearly in CRM

iii. Arrange & Support Technical Meetings

• Prepare meeting summaries
• Join discussions with founder/technical team
• Capture next steps and objections

iv. Proposal & Follow-Up

• Issue quotations within approved scope
• Follow up consistently until closure
• Ensure all updates are logged in CRM

v. Post-Sale Coordination

• Ensure clean handover to implementation team
• Follow up on payments
• Check customer satisfaction

Note: You are not required to perform accounting or technical implementation work.

Preferred Background

• Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years sales experience may apply

Required Traits

• Strong willingness to learn complex topics
• Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Organized and disciplined
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Not afraid of structured follow-up

Income Structure

• Base salary (RM3k–RM5k depending on experience)

• Cloud Accounting Expertise: Complete full sets of accounts by efficiently record all transactions into leading cloud accounting software.
• Financial Management: Oversee Account Receivables, Account Payables, and ensure precise bank reconciliations. Also, handle monthly account closings with diligence.
• Integration & Implementation: Champion the available integration of Cloud Accounting into diverse businesses. Ensure seamless interplay with other cloud software.
• Tech Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve, automating processes and embracing the latest in Cloud Software integration.

Job Requirements / Responsibilities

i. Financial Accounting & Full Sets

• Prepare and close monthly full sets of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

ii. Cash Flow & Financial Control

• Monitor monthly cash flow position and cash runway
• Manage company cash prudently and flag risks early
• Establish minimum cash buffer and spending discipline
• Support CEO with financial decision-making

iii. Budgeting & Cost Management

• Build and maintain annual company budget
• Track actual vs budget monthly
• Identify cost overruns and margin leakage
• Advise management on sustainable spending and hiring affordability

iv. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

• Own AR ageing and collection performance
• Work with Operations and Sales to enforce payment terms
• Track and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

v. Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and submit SST returns
• Prepare and submit Withholding Tax (WHT)
• Prepare CP204 estimates and revisions
• Liaise with tax agents and auditors
• Ensure compliance while avoiding tax overpayment

vi. Management Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
• Support sales commission calculations
• Track marketing spend versus results
• Perform scenario analysis for hiring and growth decisions

vii. Process Improvement

• Improve accounting workflows and controls
• Prepare accounting SOPs for future delegation

Must-Have

• 5–8 years experience in accounting / finance (SME environment preferred)
• Able to prepare full sets of accounts independently
• Strong understanding of cash flow, budgeting, and AR management
• Familiar with Malaysian tax requirements (SST, CP204, WHT, eInvoicing and others)
• Comfortable working directly with business owners
• Comfortable with new technologies
• Commercial mindset, not just compliance-driven

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in professional services or accounting firms
• Exposure to commission-based payroll
• Experience managing outsourced accountants or auditors
• Experience in automations in accounting & finance processes
